About My Challenge

I'm completing  the equivalent of 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness & funds for mental health. Each day I'll spend 87 mins doing exercise or reading a novel or nonfiction on theme #SuicideAwareness🎗

Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
