On Saturday 10 October, we're inviting our New Zealand community to take on 100 push-ups for mental health and help spread the message that mental health matters every day.

Whether you're doing push-ups, squats, steps, sit-ups or your own movement of choice, every action counts.

Download and share the social tiles below to encourage your friends, family, colleagues and community to get involved and help raise awareness this World Mental Health Day.

Let's get moving, start conversations, and make mental health visible around the world.

Movement is good for the mind.

Just 150 minutes of physical activity each week can make a real difference to your mental wellbeing. Regular movement helps reduce stress, boost mood, and support better mental health.

This World Mental Health Day, join us for 100 push-ups and do something good for your mind and body.
