About Our Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February.
Mental health is a major part of our lives, and without support and recognition, the people around us may be struggling in silence.
Let's get together and push up for those who are going through hardship, and connect with one another on this physical journey towards mental re-vitalisation and support.
Fundraising isn't the end goal, however if you would like to donate, then your generosity will be felt by those involved in the Mental Health Foundation and in need of the additional support that can be provided.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
