About the Liberty Support Crew
We're mates who believe that no one should have to carry the heavy stuff alone.
Usually, you'll find us 'supporting' the bar at our local, Helensville's Liberty Brewing Tap Room, but for this challenge, we're hitting the floor and building and even stronger support system for each other, and our community.
We'll have a cold one ready at the end. 🍻
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
