About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5-27 February, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Funds raised enable The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand to build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.This February, our team is willingly putting our arms, chests, and dignity through The Push-Up Challenge.
Between 5–27 February 2026, we’ll be grinding out 2,000 push-ups—one painful rep at a time—to push for better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa New Zealand. Why 2,000? Because mental health isn’t easy, and neither are push-ups after the first 50.
You can help us suffer for a good cause by joining our team or donating—either way, someone’s going to feel the burn.
Every dollar raised supports the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised… and where our arms may never fully recover.

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
