That’s why we’re taking part in the Push-Up Challenge this February! We stand together for better mental health, promoting wellbeing across our team, and reminding everyone that strength comes from support, grit and community.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
