This February, more than 100 people from Vector are stepping up for The Push Up Challenge, committing to complete 2,000 push ups each between 5 and 27 February 2026 in support of better mental health outcomes across Aotearoa New Zealand.
As an energy utilities company, our teams work every day to keep communities powered, connected, and running. But behind the infrastructure and essential services are people, and mental wellbeing matters just as much as physical safety. By taking part, we are pushing ourselves physically while standing together to spark conversations, break stigma, and support those who may be carrying unseen challenges.
You can help us power positive change by joining the Vector team or making a donation to support our efforts.
All funds raised go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping support recovery from mental illness and promote positive mental health for people across Aotearoa.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
