This February, Team IronMind is taking on 2,000 push-ups each to raise awareness and support for mental health — one push-up for every life lost to suicide each day. This challenge isn’t just about strength, it’s about resilience, hope, and showing that together, we can make a difference. Every rep represents a person, a story, a life. Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
