We are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge! We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups/sit-ups/whatever works for our bodies from 5-27 February 2026.
Why? We know we need better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa!
You can help us push for better mental health by donating to our team. Funds raised will enable the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand to build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
