Up the Ratels

The Weapon Engineering School is getting behind this challenge to help raise awareness and funds for mental health. From 1 February, our team will be supporting a month-long effort that includes daily physical activity and a push-up target across the month, all in support of better mental health.

Mental health is something that affects everyone, in and out of the workplace. Some days are tougher than others, and showing up consistently is part of the challenge. All funds raised go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand and the work they do to support, protect and prioritise mental wellbeing. We appreciate any support for a cause that matters to all of us.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
