About My Challenge
i am have been effected by mental health and the scars on my body prove that. but I'm not gonna let that stop me anymore. this year is my year i redeem myself and my self worth. So please help me complete my challenge and raise money to help every one to not be in the situation i was.Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
