About My Challenge
I’m taking on the Push-Up Challenge as an individual to complete 2,000 +push-ups over 23 days in February, raising awareness and funds for mental health in Aotearoa.
Mental health affects everyone, whether personally or through the people around us. This challenge is a way for me to commit to something physically demanding while supporting a cause that genuinely matters. Every push-up is a reminder that showing up consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable, makes a difference.
All funds raised go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, supporting education, awareness, and better outcomes for mental wellbeing across our communities. Any support is appreciated.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
