I'm taking on 2630 pushups for mental health
From the 5th to the 27th of February, I’ll be doing 2,000 pushups over 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
Mental health is something that hits close to me. I’ve been through my own journey, and I know many people who have battled it, still are, and sadly some who lost their fight.
On top of the 2,000, I’ll be adding another 630 pushups in honour of the 630 people who lost their lives to mental health last year in New Zealand.
All funds raised will go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping mental health be better understood and prioritised.
Any support, whether it’s a donation, a share, or just some encouragement, means more than you know.
Cheers for all the love and support.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
