Who I am, Why I'm Doing this.
I am Benjamin Newton. I'm 11 and I have Microtia Atresia. This means I am fully deaf in my left ear. I thought that doing pushups to help people for mental health is a great idea (so does my Mum). I want to see if I can complete the challenge and maybe fundraise a little bit! Thanks for stopping by!Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
