About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health and challenge myself physically.As many of you know I suffered I spinal injury back in 2014 which has left me physically impaired. In 2026 I want to challenge myself and be healthier.
Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
