About My Challenge

From 5–27 February, I’m taking on the challenge of completing 2,000 push-ups to raise awareness and funds for mental health. This cause is incredibly close to my heart, as I’ve personally struggled with mental health and have seen friends go through their own battles too.

I’m doing this to help support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand in their work to build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised. Any support, big or small, would mean the world and help make a real difference. 💛

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society
