About My Challenge

Mental health is a deeply personal journey for me. I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be—how it affects your energy, your relationships, and even your physical health. There were times when I felt overwhelmed and isolated, but reaching out for support changed everything. It reminded me that no one should have to face these struggles alone.

That’s why, from 5–27 February, I’m taking on the challenge of completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. This isn’t just about fitness—it’s about starting conversations, breaking stigma, and supporting those who need help.

Please support me as I push for better mental health. Every donation goes directly to the Mental Health Association of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

Together, we can make a difference. 💪

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
