About My Challenge

Hey! I am Chantelle, a mum of four, yoga teacher, and passionate advocate for holistic health and wellbeing đŸ€

Mental health is something close to my heart, not just professionally but personally. Like so many of us, I have walked through seasons where movement, connection, and support have made all the difference.

That’s why I am taking on this challenge — completing 2,000 push-ups, squats, and sit-ups in 23 days — to raise awareness and funds for mental health in New Zealand

From 5–27 February, I will be pushing my body to support stronger minds. Every donation helps the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand continue their incredible work so more people feel seen, supported, and safe.

Thankyou for supporting me đŸ€

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
