2k/1k Challenge

I'm completing a minimum of 2,000 push-ups from 5-27 Feb 2026 (23 days) to raise awareness and funds for mental health. 

I'm adding a minimum of 1,000 pull-ups to my own version of the challenge.
This is all in addition to my usual exercise schedule.
Please support me as I push-pull for better mental health. All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
