I thought this is a great way to get fitter when I’m just starting my fitness journey once again,and to remember to always think about my state of mind

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

For me, this challenge is making me fitter,stronger and thinking clearer to deal with what the day brings.

Plus, that pair of Speedos in my drawers will see the light of day again
