Hold the Line – Push-Up Challenge for Mental Health
From 5–27 February 2026, our team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, completing 2,000 push-ups to push for better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa New Zealand.
This cause matters to me because mental health isn’t something you “fix” once and move on from. For many people, it’s something you carry and manage every day — and staying in the fight is already a victory.
Every push-up represents effort. Every donation represents support. Together, they help fund services that give people real tools, real help, and real hope.
You can support us by joining our team or donating.
Funds raised enable the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand to build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
Thank you for standing with us and helping push for better mental health.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
