About My Challenge

Life has a way of throwing a lot at us at once, for me lately, it's been navigating perimenopause while supporting others through their mental health journeys. It's a constant reminder that we all need a solid system to lean on.

That's why I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days. It's going to be tough, my arms will be jelly, and the hot flushes might provide some unwanted extra 'warm-up,' but it's all for a crucial cause.

Join me in supporting the Mental Health Association of NZ from 5 - 27 February. Let's fund a future where mental health is treasured and protected for everyone XxX

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
