2000 in 23 days to save an infinite amount of lives

Imagine watching the waves roll and crash upon a shore, hearing the roar of an unstoppable force being suddenly stopped in its tracks by something so unexpected. It wasn't the soft glistening sandy shoreline nor was it the unforgiving seabed of jagged boulders but it was its own destructive actions that made something so powerful seem so helpless. Watching this powerful force come to a sudden stop as if its own rage consumed its path and it no option but to turn on itself.
this is the struggle we face with our mental health bottling up so much and not knowing where to go or what to do till we consume our own minds and it's to late. I've struggled with mental health from a very young age watching my father go through it then going through it myself. The process to getting the right help needs work and this is why this challenge is something important to me.
it took me just over 6 years to get a proper diagnosis and the right treatment and medication but in this time of getting it right I consumed my own mind and turned on everything I loved. Now re building it all back with the proper help this challenge is a personal goal for myself when I get in my own head I always say push it out and what better way to do it then this challenge. I look forward to raising funds for NZ mental health awareness as it's been a big part of my life and this is one way to take another step forward and to give back to anyone who is struggling with anything there's help out there never be afraid to reach out there light at the end of that tunnel. Life will rip the ground from underneath you but as long as you can find the stepping stones through the carnage you will find solid ground eventually just one step at a time.
let's get out there and push those thoughts out and turn it into something positive

I also have a push for a pledge as well !!!
so any donation $50 and over I'll do a set of push ups in a public space of your choice or I'll do a set while singing a song of your choice or a set in a costume of your choice lets have some fun and make a difference
