Feilidh Dwyer

For my Mum and Dad (Lydia and Andrew)

Kia ora - I've now completed 2000 pushups to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation NZ.

My Dad suffered from manic depression and took his life when I was 11 and my sister was 9. That action had a permanent impact on the lives of my family and I. Far too many New Zealanders die from suicide. With the right support at the right moment, more people will ride out the rough times and get to the other side. If you are in a position to do so, please consider donating to a very worthy cause.

All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
