About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days in honour of my dear friend Marit and to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. - Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
