2026-Bring it on!

Kia ora everybody

Paula told me about this challenge and I got curious. What an awesome challenge for an awesome cause. Naturally, I signed up straight away. Thanks Paula!

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

My partner made the first donation-thanks babe for all your support. He gets the joy of watching me train.

My running partner made the second donation. Cheers ber. I just did 200 press ups to say thank you.

Feel free to join me in this awesome fundraiser or make a donation.

Don't forget to take care of yourself, ask for help and if you dont get it, keep asking! Remember, you are stronger than you think!

Peace

Dedicated to: All my mates who couldnt find their way up.

  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
