About TDDA Hawkes Bay fitness challenge

Join us in the Push-Up Challenge!
We're taking on 2000 push-ups or sit ups or squats etc in 23 days (5-27 Feb) to build physical strength and shine a spotlight on mental health awareness. The number 2000 represents a vital statistic, like lives lost to suicide, aiming to start important conversations and smash the stigma around mental health. Every push-up or exercise rep counts, and all fitness levels are welcome—you can do modified push-ups or substitute with squats or sit-ups or bicep curls etc or cycle for 2000 minutes instead over the month. We all know someone or we may ourselves have faced mental health challenges so why not come join me and my team and push for better!!!

Let's #pushforbetter mental and physical wellbeing together!"

Dedicated to: All the people out there who need help from the Mental Health Foundation
