From 5–27 February, I’m pushing myself in a way I never have before — completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

Mental health affects more people than we realise, especially young people. At just 15 years old, I’ve seen how heavy things can feel, even when you’re still growing and figuring out the world. This challenge isn’t just about strength — it’s about showing up every day, even when it’s hard, and proving that mental health matters at every age.

Every dollar raised will go to the Mental Health Association of New Zealand, helping support people who are struggling and working towards a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

Any support — whether it’s a donation, a share, or a few words of encouragement — truly means more than you know. Thank you for standing with me and helping push for better mental health 💙

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
