I'm challenging myself—and anyone who wants to join—to knock out 2000 push-ups over the next month to raise awareness for mental health.
Mental health hits hard for a lot of us, and sometimes the best way to fight back is to move, push through, and show up—even when it's tough. Every rep is a reminder that we're stronger than we think, and that it's okay to struggle as long as we keep going.
No pressure on the pace: that's about 65–70 a day if you go steady, but you can batch them, rest days, whatever works. Just get to 2000 by the end of the month.
If you're in, drop a reply or message me. Track it however you like—I'll check in along the way.
Let's do this together. One push-up at a time.
Cheers @Trae58z

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
