2,000 minutes of strength training!

I'm completing 2,000 minutes of strength training in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health!

Mental health is something I’ve struggled with my whole adult life and fitness and physical activity have always been a great outlet for me. This challenge has motivated me to get back into a healthy exercise routine, and help others in need while helping myself at the same time.

Other goals I want to achieve in this time:
1,000 pushups
1,000 squats
2,000 seconds of planking 

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society
