About My Challenge

I’m passionate about fitness and health, and I believe in using that passion to make a difference. From 5–27 February, I’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days as part of the NZ Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health. This challenge combines physical strength with a powerful cause—supporting mental wellbeing across Aotearoa.

Your support will help The Mental Health Association of New Zealand provide vital resources for mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in our communities. Together, we can push for change—one rep at a time.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
