About My Challenge

I’m taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to support mental health awareness and funding.

Mental health is deeply personal, often invisible, and not something to be judged or simplified. This challenge is my way of showing up—without needing to explain everything.

From 5–27 February, I’m raising funds for the Mental Health Association of New Zealand to help build a future where mental health is protected, understood, and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
