My Challenge
The decisions that two of my friends in thier 30's took to end thier lives due to Mental health and my own struggles in the past.
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help The Mental Health Association of New Zealand to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health.
