Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February!
I've signed up for the Mental Health Foundations 2,000 push-ups in 23 days challenge. This challenge seeks to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
The challenge also supports my own 2026 wellbeing goals, helping me build consistency, strength, and healthier habits. Push ups are not really my thing so full disclosure and I will be doing a combination of alternative exercises (squats, lunges and sit ups)
On a personal level, your support — whether through encouragement or a donation — will help keep me motivated to complete the challenge and make a real difference.
The Mental Health Foundation does vital work providing resources, advocacy, and support services across Aotearoa. Every contribution helps them continue making mental health a priority for everyone!

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
