Grant Thornton Auckland: 20,000‑Rep Challenge

Across 5–27 February, our GT Auckland team is aiming to collectively complete 20,000 push‑ups, squats, or sit‑ups as part of the Push‑Up Challenge. We’re taking this on to support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand and its work to create a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised. Every rep helps raise awareness and funds for better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa, and we’re proud to get behind such an important cause as a workplace. Let’s move together for mental wellbeing.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
