Inside the Challenge
I’m completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
Fitness and the outdoors play a big part in keeping me grounded, and this challenge is my way of giving back.
From 5–27 February, I’ll be pushing for better mental health. All proceeds support the Mental Health Association of New Zealand to help build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
