About My Challenge

I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge to challenge myself physically, get fitter, and build stronger habits for me and for my family. 
 
Along the way, I’m also pushing for better mental health. It’s a reminder that looking after our bodies and our minds go hand in hand, especially when life is busy and demanding. 
 
I’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days, and if this challenge can spark a conversation, raise awareness, or help support someone who needs it, then every push-up is worth it.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society
