Kahu Papuni

Let it all out.

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. I've seen how bad mens mental health can get in my own family, without anyone else even knowing theres a problem. Seeing people close to me thinking that their time is up doesn't sit well with me. Getting told that "your a boy, boys don't cry" is the stupidest thing anyone could ever say. I'd rather have a head crying on my shoulder than having to carry a coffin. Let it all out.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
