About My Challenge

This challenge is personal for me. I’ve had my own struggles with mental health, and I know how hard it can be to ask for help or even realise that support is there. From 5–27 February, I’m committing to 2,000 push-ups in 23 days—not just as a physical challenge, but to help start conversations and raise awareness around mental wellbeing. If sharing this helps even one person realise they’re not alone, it’s worth it. All funds raised go to the Mental Health Association of New Zealand, supporting their work to ensure mental health is valued, protected, and prioritised for everyone.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
