The Mahi

I’m taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days with my fellow fit mums Ash, Tayla, Holly and Natasha from Club Physical — and we’re doing it to raise awareness and funds for mental health. From 5–27 February, we’ll be pushing together as strong mums for stronger minds and healthier communities. If you’re able, please support our challenge — every donation helps Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
