About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5-27 February, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa New Zealand.
At Manukora, we believe wellbeing starts with people, this challenge is about more than push-ups — it’s about connection, care, standing together for mental wellbeing and to support better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa. You can support us by joining our team or donating to help make a meaningful difference.
All funds raised go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, supporting their mission to ensure mental health is valued and prioritised for everyone.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
