About Our Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness for mental health. I've seen firsthand how closely physical movement and mental wellbeing are connected. When life feels busy or heavy, even small acts of movement can help clear the mind, build resilience, and create space to breathe.This isn't about perfection but about how we show up, build strength and hopefully lead to supporting conversations around mental health.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
