Matias Sandoval

Far from home, pushing for mental healthđŸ«Ą

I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge: 2,000 push-ups in 23 days (5–27 February) to support mental health.
I’m Matias, currently in New Zealand on a Working Holiday, originally from Argentina, and over the last few years I’ve lived in different countries, constantly adapting, starting over and learning how important mental health really is, especially when you’re far from home.

Movement has always helped me stay grounded and clear my head, and this challenge is about showing up every day, even when it’s tough.. Just like taking care of your mental health.

All funds raised support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand in building a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Thanks for supporting me and this cause đŸ€

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing

  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
