Far from home, pushing for mental healthđ«Ą
Iâm taking on The Push-Up Challenge: 2,000 push-ups in 23 days (5â27 February) to support mental health.
Iâm Matias, currently in New Zealand on a Working Holiday, originally from Argentina, and over the last few years Iâve lived in different countries, constantly adapting, starting over and learning how important mental health really is, especially when youâre far from home.
Movement has always helped me stay grounded and clear my head, and this challenge is about showing up every day, even when itâs tough.. Just like taking care of your mental health.
All funds raised support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand in building a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
Thanks for supporting me and this cause đ€
