About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 reps of excercises in 23 days to raise awareness for mental health.
Unfortunately I'm not at a stage in my fitness journey to do 80+ push-ups in a day, but I'd still like to be part of the challenge in any way that I can

Each day I will do
44 squats (4 sets of 11)
33 push-ups (3 sets of 11)
5 min of planking (in however many sets it takes)

Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February.

All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
