About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 reps made up of push-ups, sit-ups and burpees in 23 days to raise awareness and for mental health.
Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February by either completing 100 reps of an exercise, or holding a wall sit or prone hold for 100 seconds.
Alternatively you can donate and all proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society
