About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

As a health coach I see every day how closely our mental health is connected to our bodies, our nervous system, and the way we care for ourselves, especially during times of overwhelm.

This challenge is a way for me to support a cause I deeply care about, while also choosing movement as an act of kindness for my own health.

Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5–27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
