About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.Every single dollar goes to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, supporting a future where mental health isn’t ignored, minimised, or pushed aside — but protected, prioritised, and valued.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
