About My Challenge

I’m taking part in the 2,000 Push-Ups for Mental Health challenge because mental health matters — to me, to the people I love, and to our communities. I want to help shine a light on mental health, break the stigma, and start real conversations. If this challenge encourages even one person to reach out, talk, or feel less alone, it’s worth every push-up.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
