About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

I decided to take on this challenge mainly because i watched people suffer with depression, lost friends to suicide, mental health issues, anxiety, addiction. I have come along way in my own journey and i woukd like anybody to participate in this with me. There are front line jobs in the medical field, ambulance, officers, ambulance, doctors, nurses, thatvare impacted as well as well as your day to day people. Mental health can affect anybody and everybody from all wals of life whats important is those that rise share their story inspire and push other people and break the barriers that anything is possible. That your not alone

Dedicated to: This is dedicated to myself who made it out of 14 years clean from addiction and healing from mental health pushing the limits for those still struggling and battling mental health of i can do it so can you
