We’re taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health, supporting the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
Every donation helps make mental health conversations more open, supported, and stigma-free. Thanks for being part of it.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
